Our Process
Mood Boards
Every project starts the same way, by figuring out what you like and how it'll all tie together. We ask for inspiration photos and ideas in order to lay the framework. Mood boards are used as visualize aids to find out what does and doesn't work.
3D Renderings & Finish Selections
Once we've agreed on an overall design, rendering & finish selections begin. If there are any structural changes, this is when we call in an architect & engineer.
Design Plans
After renderings and finishes are approved, design plans are drafted. If architectural or engineering plans are needed, we work alongside the firm to ensure all details match. By providing contractors with 3D Renderings, Finish Lists, and Design Plans you're able to get the most accurate quote possible.
Construction
Once you approve your contractor's bid, construction begins. At this point our team makes site visits as required and to check-in on the project. If any problems arise, we're there to find solutions and push forward.
Furnishing
Once we know your move in date, we begin ordering furniture. We handle the whole process including setup and trash removal.
