The Design Process
Concept Development
Every interior design project starts the same, by figuring out what you like and how it'll all tie together. We create personalized mood boards based on inspiration photos, collected details, and original ideas. This is the foundation of your design.
3D Renderings & Finish List
Once the concept design is approved, we bring it to life with realistic 3D renderings. During this stage, we source and organize a list of all materials and finishes for the project.
Design Plans
After renderings and finishes are finalized, design plans are drafted. If architectural plans are needed, we work alongside your architect to ensure all details match. We then provide your contractor with the 3D Renderings, Finish List, and Design Plans so they can give you an accurate quote for the project.
Construction Phase
From start to finish, our team oversees your project. We meet regularly with you and your contractor to problem solve, answer questions, and ensure the end result turns out exactly like we had imagined.
Furnishing & Styling
Once the contractor provides us with a firm move in date, we begin ordering furniture and preparing for installation. When we're done, your home is officially move in ready!
